How do I change my address?
If you have filled out a change of address form with your local USPS office, then you do not need to contact us. We subscribe to the USPS Address Change Service, which automatically updates our subscribers' addresses to reflect moves.If you wish to contact us directly to communicate your address change, you have a few options. You can change your mailing address here.

I subscribe to Cook's Illustrated magazine. Why can't I access the online recipes?
A membership to our website is separate from a subscription to our magazine. Website memberships are $24.95 per year, and Cook's Illustrated subscribers receive a 20% discount when joining.

I think I missed an issue. What should I do?
Cook's Illustrated is published six times per year, with issues in Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/Jun, Jul/Aug, Sep/Oct, and Nov/Dec. Your copies as a subscriber have both months listed on the front cover (e.g. March & April 2007). Copies sold through retail locations only list the second month of the two-month issue period (so that it is not pulled off magazine racks prematurely). The issues are identical.
Subscriber issues should arrive within the first two weeks of the month preceding the issue. For example, you should receive your Mar/Apr issue in February. If you have not received your issue by the first of the month for that issue (March 1 for the Mar/Apr issue), then please call us from 9 AM to 5PM EST, Monday to Friday, at 800-526-8442 inside the U.S. or 515-247-7571 outside the U.S.
